SEATTLE, WA, May 25, 2022 —  SuperGraphics, a Seattle based large format print company, announces the addition of a Durst Rho 312R Plus to their industry-leading press line-up.

The Durst Rho 312R Plus press is an UV inkjet press with up to 1200 dpi print resolution and is specifically designed to print roll materials up to 10.5′ wide.   The 312R Plus boasts an impressive list of awards, including the SGIA Product of the Year.

The Rho 312R Plus is the most productive 3.2 m roll-to-roll printer in its class, defining the quality standard for industrial backlit and fine art printing. It delivers state of the art quality and productivity. The press is equipped with Durst Print Workflow software and exclusive Durst Analytics, thereby offering enhanced production efficiency.

SuperGraphics sees the 312R Plus as a logical extension to its versatile equipment line-up, coming one year after the installation of the hybrid Durst P5 350. These two devices round out SuperGraphics’ arsenal of production presses so any project, roll or rigid, can be attacked with the highest quality and fastest possible turnaround. SuperGraphics President Reid Baker states: “The 312R increases our capacity and productivity in the roll arena and allows us to push for faster lead-times with uncompromising quality. We are excited to add this to the SuperGraphics innovation tool-kit.”

The Rho 312Plus joins the SuperGraphics press line-up that already includes best in class UV Hybrid, UV Roll, and Latex technology. Though this may be the newest addition to SuperGraphics’ Durst collection, they ensure it won’t be the last.

SuperGraphics has installed the Durst P5 350 HSD4 at its SODO facility, bringing the fastest and highest-capacity large-format press to Seattle. Powered by Durst's Double 4 technology, the HSD4 quadruples the CMYK print head configuration of its predecessor — delivering 4x the speed at up to 7,600 sq.ft/hr with the same unmatched print quality. The upgrade expands capacity for high-volume clients, enabling faster turnarounds, more flexible scheduling, and the ability to run multiple large-scale jobs simultaneously.
