About the Position:

The Sr. Production Manager owns daily execution across all SuperGraphics manufacturing sites. This role leads the team of Shop Floor Supervisors and is directly accountable for Right First-Time quality, On-Time Shipments, and efficient use of labor and equipment across production.

The Production Manager works in close partnership with the Director of Engineering, Production Scheduling, and the Design team, ensuring engineered project plans are executed on the floor as designed, and that issues affecting delivery are surfaced and resolved quickly.

• Lead and develop Shop Floor Supervisors (approximately five) across all manufacturing sites.
• Own daily production execution, ensuring jobs move through the shop according to ship dates and engineered specifications.
• Drive Right First-Time performance and On-Time Shipment rates across all shifts and sites.
• Use Pace and Printflow software to plan, track, and manage jobs through production.
• Allocate labor and equipment across sites and shifts to match production demand.
• Partner with the Director of Engineering to flag capacity constraints, workflow issues, or feasibility concerns before they impact delivery.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for escalations, delays, or issues arising on the shop floor across all sites.
• Coach, develop, and hold Shop Floor Supervisors accountable to consistent performance standards.
• Monitor production quality across all stages and ensure corrective action is taken when standards are not met.
• Ensure staff have the proper tools, equipment, and materials in place and in good working order.
• Support a safe, organized, and efficient production environment across all sites.
• Drive continuous improvement in production flow, capacity utilization, and waste reduction.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of manufacturing leadership experience, ideally in large-format print, signage, or a related production environment.
• Demonstrated ability to lead supervisors across multiple sites or shifts.
• Strong track record improving on-time delivery and quality metrics.
• Experience with production management software (Pace, Printflow, or comparable ERP/MIS platforms).
• Strong communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.

Full time- base schedule is 8:30am to 5:30pm Monday through Friday
Hours also include infrequent weekends and evenings as dictated by business needs and supervisor.

About the Position: 

The Design Engineer leads the structural and technical design of dimensional signage, displays, and environmental graphics from concept through fabrication. This role owns the design process end-to-end — translating engineering schematics and material requirements into buildable 3D structures — and serves as the primary technical resource for structural and non-structural signage design across the organization. 

The ideal candidate combines strong design instincts with structural engineering fundamentals and works well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Projects span a wide range and can include vehicle wraps, dimensional and structural signage, tradeshow displays, environmental graphics, and large-scale fabrication programs.

• Own and drive the design and engineering process for 3-dimensional signage and structural elements, from concept through production and fabrication. 

• Read, interpret, and apply engineering schematics, blueprints, and structural principles to signage and display design. 

• Distinguish structural from non-structural design needs in a retail environment and design accordingly. 

• Create 3D proofs, prototypes, and detailed assembly instructions for fabricating dimensional graphics and displays. 

• Partner with material science and prototyping resources to develop new structural approaches and materials. 

• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the design team on structural and engineering best practices. 

• Collaborate with an international network of design engineering peers to bring outside process, material, and production knowledge into SuperGraphics’ workflow. 

• Conceptualize designs and translate them into technically sound, production-ready output using structural, material, and aesthetic considerations. 

• Serve as a technical resource for prepress and production standards, providing oversight and troubleshooting for vector/raster file issues, print resolution, and file output as needed. 

• Ability to work cooperatively as a member of a team as well as independently within the scope of a project.

Technical Skills 

To perform this job successfully, an individual should have: 

• Working knowledge of structural engineering principles as applied to signage, displays, and fabricated structures. 

• Demonstrable 3D design and engineering skills with portfolio. 

• Experience with 3D applications such as Rhino 3D, SketchUp, VRay, AutoCAD, or Blender. 

• Understanding of material properties, prototyping, and fabrication methods for dimensional signage. 

• Solid working knowledge of Adobe CC and a Mac-based design environment. 

• Knowledge of CMYK and RGB color spaces, color profiles, and color management systems. 

• Strong math skills, particularly as applied to structural design and load considerations. 

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to collaborate with international peer teams. 

• Experience with vinyl cutters, CNC routers, and other sign-making equipment a plus. 

Education 

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Structural Engineering, Industrial Design, Graphic Design, or a related field. 

Coursework or formal training in structural engineering, and/or in Rhino, AutoCAD, SketchUp, VRay, Blender, or other 3D/structural design platforms is preferred.

About the Position:  

The Finishing & Fulfillment Supervisor works in concert with the Production Manager and Planning Scheduler to manage Finishing and Fulfillment tasks and people for all projects, ensuring on-time, quality-ready delivery for clients. Finishing covers all hands-on production work performed after printing, including handwork, mounting, weeding, trimming, and laminating. Fulfillment covers everything required to get a finished project out the door, including quality control (QC) inspection, kitting, and packaging. 

This role owns final quality inspection before shipment and balances hands-on work with planning and coaching, one-third working, one-third planning, and one-third coaching, to keep the finishing team running smoothly and shipment ready.

• Perform and manage jobs according to their ship dates and finishing requirements.

• Manage special or complex projects requiring custom kitting, packaging, or distribution handling.

Position Overview

Position Summary

The Production Operator supports the production team in all aspects of large-format printing, finishing, and fulfillment. This role helps ensure print jobs move efficiently through each stage of production, from file preparation and printing to trimming, mounting, and packaging, while maintaining high quality and meeting tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

Production Support

• Assist with the setup, operation, and maintenance of large-format printers
• Prepare materials for printing, including loading rolls, sheets, and substrates.
• Monitor print runs for color consistency, alignment, and quality issues.
• Assist with finishing processes including trimming, laminating, mounting, and packaging.
• Organize and stage materials for upcoming print jobs to maximize workflow efficiency.

Quality & Accuracy

• Inspect printed materials to ensure they meet company and customer quality standards.
• Report and document any defects or discrepancies in production.
• Maintain color and print consistency by following standard operating procedures.

Maintenance & Safety

• Perform routine cleaning and maintenance on printers, cutters, and finishing equipment.
• Follow all safety guidelines and wear required PPE at all times.

Collaboration & Communication

• Work closely with print operators, finishing staff, and project managers to ensure deadlines are met.
• Communicate material shortages or machine issues promptly to the Production Lead or Manager.

• 4 years of experience in large-format printing or a production/manufacturing environment preferred.
• Familiarity with large-format printers, cutters, and finishing equipment is a plus.
