Position Overview

SuperGraphics is seeking a motivated and energetic Inside Sales Representative to support our growing sales team. This role is responsible for managing inbound leads, proactively generating outbound opportunities, supporting existing customer relationships, and helping drive revenue growth across a wide range of visual communication and branding solutions.

Inbound Lead Management

  • Respond promptly to inbound inquiries generated through phone calls, email, website submissions, and marketing campaigns
  • Qualify leads and identify customer needs, timelines, and project scope
  • Coordinate with outside sales reps and internal teams to ensure seamless customer communication and project handoff
  • Maintain accurate records of lead activity, pipeline updates, and customer interactions within CRM systems

Outbound Prospecting & Sales Development

  • Conduct outbound cold calls and follow-up outreach to prospective customers
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within target industries and markets
  • Build and maintain prospect lists through research, networking, and CRM activity
  • Schedule meetings and introductory calls for outside sales representatives when appropriate

Account Support & Customer Service

  • Build strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
  • Assist customers with product information, pricing requests, estimates, and order coordination
  • Collaborate with project management, estimating, production, and operations teams to ensure exceptional customer experiences
  • Support customer retention and account growth initiatives

Sales Activity & Performance

  • Meet or exceed outbound activity goals and sales performance metrics

About the Position:
As a Graphic Installer, you’ll play a crucial role in our team here at superGraphics, ensuring the accurate installation of our client’s material.

The ideal candidate will have large format print or signage installation knowledge and experience. Some examples of projects you could be working on depending on skillsets are:

  • Building graphics; includes brick decals, window decals, banners, and mesh banners.
  • Digital graphics; includes street (asphalt and cement) interior and exterior wall graphics and billboards, vinyl and/or wallpaper application.
  • Full vehicle graphic wraps, vinyl lettering; including installation of graphic applications on different types of vehicles, fleet graphics, truck sides, and windows.
  • Delivery Locker Wraps.
  • Banner Installation; includes sports center banners, street pole banners, etc.
  • Dimensional letter installation.

Qualifications:

  • Accredited apprenticeship for graphics installation or 1-3 years’ related experience.
  • Clean driving record.

Responsibilities:

  • Work on a day-to-day basis with clients regarding graphics installation and uphold company ideals.
  • Observes proper material handling from start to finish to prevent damage to large format prints and materials.
  • While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
  • Maintain strict quality over installations by reading work orders and layouts to ensure installation and materials meet impeccable standards. Attention to detail is a must.
  • Assist with site surveys and keep detailed notes of graphic and/or site dimensions.
  • Maintain a daily work log of activities performed on job site using in-house job tracking software.

Hours

Full time – Base schedule is 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday through Friday. These hours will vary depending on the client and project needs. Hours also include infrequent weekends and evenings as dictated by business needs and supervisor.

The Financial Controller at SuperGraphics is responsible for overseeing all accounting operations, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting, strengthening internal controls, and supporting strategic decision‑making across the organization. This role leads the accounting team, drives continuous process improvement, and partners closely with executive leadership to maintain the company’s financial health and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Financial Reporting & Compliance
    • Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP
    • Ensure timely, accurate, and efficient close processes
    • Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations
    • Coordinate the annual financial review and serve as the primary liaison with the external accounting firm

Position Summary

The Production Operator supports the production team in all aspects of large-format printing, finishing, and fulfillment. This role helps ensure print jobs move efficiently through each stage of production, from file preparation and printing to trimming, mounting, and packaging, while maintaining high quality and meeting tight deadlines.

 

Key Responsibilities

Production Support

  • Assist with the setup, operation, and maintenance of large-format printers
  • Prepare materials for printing, including loading rolls, sheets, and substrates.
  • Monitor print runs for color consistency, alignment, and quality issues.
  • Assist with finishing processes including trimming, laminating, mounting, and packaging.
  • Organize and stage materials for upcoming print jobs to maximize workflow efficiency.

 

Quality & Accuracy

  • Inspect printed materials to ensure they meet company and customer quality standards.
  • Report and document any defects or discrepancies in production.
  • Maintain color and print consistency by following standard operating procedures.

 

Maintenance & Safety

  • Perform routine cleaning and maintenance on printers, cutters, and finishing equipment.
  • Follow all safety guidelines and wear required PPE at all times.
  • Help maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area.

 

Collaboration & Communication

  • Work closely with print operators, finishing staff, and project managers to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Communicate material shortages or machine issues promptly to the Production Lead or Manager.
  • Assist other departments as needed to keep workflow on schedule.
