Current Opportunities

Primary Responsibilities
SuperGraphics is looking for an energetic, organized, self-starting project manager to support our growing team. The ideal candidate has experience in a graphic manufacturing environment and also includes a high sense of urgency. Outstanding communication skills are a must. Attention to detail, excellent mathematical, and grammatical skills to support our sales and production team are also essential. Ability to quickly learn technical information is also crucial.

We operate in a fast-paced environment that requires excellent time management and the ability to work effectively while under pressure.

Essential Duties

  • Manage and monitor the flow of jobs, both internally and externally, through the production process, from start to finish
  • Serve as the preferred communication contact with customers and production to ensure projects are completed successfully and delivered on time
  • Establish customers’ delivery requirements and confirm with operations that we can meet project requirements.
  • Update schedules as necessary, keeping production, sales, and customer informed of any challenges or changes.
  • Manage graphic installation and logistics for projects through completion — coordinate project meetings as needed
  • Effectively use software to create price estimates, which are reviewed internally before presenting to the client
  • Create production work orders in an MIS (management information system) for print manufacturing
  • Work with the art staff to ensure proofs and designs meet the customers’ expectations
  • Assist in creating quote requests and writing proposals to the prospective clients
  • Maintain ongoing communications with production personnel to troubleshoot and provide technical advice
  • Attend regular production meetings
  • Work in a team environment

Education and Experience:
Associate’s Degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year College or technical school; or two years related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Hours:
Full time; base schedule is 8:30am to 5:30pm Monday thru Friday
Requirements also include weekend and evening hours as dictated by business needs and supervisor.
