SuperGraphics is looking for a highly motivated, charismatic, organized, and independent Sales-Executive to support our growing team.
Primary Responsibilities: As the subject area expert, the Sales Executive will be the primary customer interface and consultant to drive and grow sales to the organization. They will advise other team members on the proper next steps to manage accounts, production and other client details in order to deliver quality results that achieve our clients’ vision. This position requires daily communication with clients and internal staff, and is expected set an example and lead fellow team members in a positive and constructive manner.
Essential Duties:
- Manage current sales book and grow it.
- Meet, engage, and build client relationships to drive print revenue to SG.
- Network through Linked In, associations, relationships and other methods to develop referral business opportunities.
- Cold Call for new accounts and account contacts.
- Develop strategies to deliver new major account relationships to SuperGraphics.
- Communicate internally with great attention to detail to ensure efficient production and process.
- Develop new processes to facilitate the service to customers.
- Manage complex projects as per customer expectations and deadlines using industry software and customer portals as needed to achieve communication and delivery objectives.
- Provide outstanding customer service both externally to clients and internally to employees.
- Some travel required depending on project and customer requirements.

About the Position:
The Installation Project Manager will be responsible for managing local installation scheduling and job execution. This is a fast paced and deadline driven position.
The function of the Installation Project Manager will be to efficiently schedule, estimate time, and organize SuperGraphics installations. The Project Manager will act as liaison between the sales/project management team and both the SuperGraphics installation teams in the field and third party installation teams. The role reports to the Vice President of Operations and will be involved with SG Team installation, coordination with local subs, and in certain cases, installation of projects on a national level.

- Ensuring that each installation is successfully completed up to our client’s expectations.
- Install scheduling and time management of team
- Maintaining the information flow in SuperGraphics scheduling and MIS Software.
- Organizing product for upcoming projects.
- Clear and concise communication with necessary team members to ensure that scope is properly understood.
- Estimating time and cost and logistics for installation projects.
- Identifying opportunities for efficiency within the install team while strategically scheduling.
- Communicating with all stakeholders including sales team, project managers, production, clients and leadership to ensure the scope is properly understood.
- Working with design team to prepare install mockups and completion documents, including hi-res photos and completion packets when appropriate.
- Survey sites for upcoming and potential installations.
- Prepare weekly margin and commission reports on installations (Local and Outside installs).

About the Position:

The ideal candidate will have large format print or other print experience.

- Observes proper material handling from start to finish to prevent damage to large format prints and materials, includes but not limited to:
- Full vehicle graphic wraps, vinyl lettering; including installation of graphic applications on all types of vehicles, fleet graphics, truck sides, and windows.
- Building graphics; includes brick decals, window decals, banners, and mesh banners.
- Digital graphics; includes street (asphalt and cement) interior and exterior wall graphics and billboards.
- Travel to and from installation worksites.
- Work on a day-to-day basis with clients regarding graphics installation.
- Maintains strict quality over installations by reading work orders and layouts to ensure material meets acceptable standards.
- Load and unload all daily tools and materials, perform general cleaning and maintenance as needed.
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Maintain a neat, clean, and organized job site during installation.
- Organize, clean, and maintain essential installation tools and work vehicle.
- Assist with site surveys and keep detailed notes of graphic and/or site dimensions.
- Maintain a daily work log of activities performed on job site.

About the Position:
The Press Operator is responsible for the production and printing of various signage/graphics, some which are very large in scope. The candidate must work well under pressure, consistent, and organized in a fast-paced environment. Projects span a wide range and can include vehicle wraps, tradeshow signage, brochures, dimensional signs, banners, and environmental graphics—among other things. The Press Operator will need to think in both 2-D and 3-D; many of our unique projects require building or wrapping three-dimensional objects.
