For a recent tech event at the Hyatt Bellevue, SuperGraphics was brought in to engineer, produce, and install stage graphics that would elevate brand visibility and leave a lasting impression for their conference. The client’s vision was a fully branded stage backdrop that aligned with their sustainability goals — bold, immersive, and 100% recyclable.
To meet that vision, we fabricated the entire set using an EcoRigid board. This is a fully recyclable, sustainable rigid substrate. The stage design featured a dimensional mountainscape with integrated lighting, creating a vibrant focal point that added depth and energy to the space. The layered effect and subtle lighting showcased how dimensional graphics can instantly elevate audience engagement.
As with any standout build, this one came with challenges — the most significant being height. The original plan called for 16-foot panels, but engineering limitations and a quick turnaround time capped the structure at 10-12 feet. To preserve the intended impact, we worked closely with stage management to install risers at the rear of the platform, adding as much lift as possible to meet the clients intended goals. Despite the height constraints, the client was still “very happy with the colors and the construction of the panels and the mountain range LEDs.”
A highlight of the installation was the custom column wraps, which the client called their “favorite items.” These helped anchor the stage design and brought cohesion to the entire event space for those in attendance for the conference. They hotel employees also mentioned how it really tied the space together and how the columns helped guide attendees through the space.
