Meet the SuperGraphics Sales Team

Reid Baker President SuperGraphics


Reid is a 28 year print veteran and part of the team that recently purchased SuperGraphics.  He has extensive experience servicing the print needs of retail, manufacturing, transportation and healthcare.  He graduated from the University of Washington in 1991 and lives in Northeast Seattle with his family.


Reid has great passion for finding innovative technology solutions to help drive down the delivered cost for complex print programs. 


Rob Sullivan VP Sales

Rob Sullivan

VP - Sales

Rob is an 18-year industry veteran and part of the team that recently purchased SuperGraphics. He has been involved with local retail, environmental and event branding and graphics programs for some of the largest companies in the northwest and beyond. He graduated from Central Washington University in 1998 with a background in public relations and marketing. Rob lives in the Bothell area with his wife and son.


Rob finds his greatest satisfaction from being involved in the early stages of projects, helping to build solutions for clients that meet budget and vision in short order. You’ll find Rob waterskiing on Lake Washington, coaching Little League, or with his family at a campsite around the northwest in his spare time.



Zac Thorpe VP Sales

Since 2005, Zac has played an instrumental role at SuperGraphics, contributing to the success of many amazing projects. His clients range across many industries but he’s typically focused on visual solutions for campus environments and large athletic venues, enhancing the student and fan experience. You may see his work at a stadium or campus near you!


Zac is a graduate of Pacific Lutheran University and spends his free time golfing, hiking, paddle boarding and rooting for his favorite Seattle sports teams.

Sales Account Executive

Morgen has been providing superior service in project management and sales for  SuperGraphics since 2017. Morgen has worked as a Multimedia Designer in the sign industry since 2010 and enjoys researching new sign options for clients and assisting in obtaining the most out of their advertising and marketing budgets.


Morgen earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Multimedia Design from the University of Oregon and it has proven to enrich her ability to help clients with many types of signage needs.



Mark Kenny Sales

Sales Account Executive

Mark is a British expat with a background in large format printing. He part owned his own large format print shop in Birmingham, England, and has a great deal of experience in creating specialized products for maximizing customer engagement. Mark relocated to Seattle in 2014, where he has continued working in the industry while gaining a wealth of knowledge on the local market. In particular, Mark excels at collaborating with architects, construction companies, and agencies to create complex environmental projects that bring a finished artistic vision to life.


When he isn’t working, he follows his English Premier League football team and travels to new and exciting places with his American wife.

Josh Carl VP Operations

Josh Carl

VP Operations

Josh began his career in the Large Format industry in 2007 in New York City. There, he gained experience working with some of the most recognizable brands in the marketplace. He relocated to Seattle and started at SuperGraphics in 2012 and became part of the ownership team in November of 2018. He prides himself on his ability to find innovations and efficiencies for clients and projects and getting the impossible done on a regular basis.


He is a graduate of Western Washington University, and now resides on Bainbridge Island. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family, golfing, skiing, and traveling.
