Designed to Spec. Built to Code. Installed on Schedule.
Environmental graphics and wayfinding for the architects, designers, and builders shaping the Pacific Northwest’s most ambitious spaces.
Environmental Graphics & Wayfinding in Seattle
For 35 years and across 20,000+ projects, we’ve partnered with architects, designers, and construction teams to bring environmental graphic design to life — at full scale, to exact spec, inside the buildings they’re building.
From our 50,000+ square feet of production space in Seattle’s SODO neighborhood, we produce environmental graphics and wayfinding systems for projects across the metro and the broader Pacific Northwest — Bellevue corporate campuses, Tacoma cultural institutions, university buildings, healthcare facilities, museums, and corporate interiors.
The kind of projects where “close enough” isn’t in the spec.
Built for the Way You Work.
A real partner on a real project is the difference between a graphics scope that lands clean and one that becomes a problem. Here’s what working with us actually looks like.
We Work From Your Drawings
Architectural drawings, sign packages, design intent documents — we interpret them, flag constructability questions early, and produce detailed production proofs covering substrate, dimensions, mounting, and finishing for your team’s approval. The translation from spec to install is on us.
We Engineer for the Real Building
A site survey before files go to press. Substrate, surface prep, light conditions, sightlines, and the gap between how the building was drawn and how it actually got built — accounted for. The graphic that ships is the graphic that fits.
One Team. One Phone Number.
Design engineering, production, fabrication, and installation — all in-house. No subcontractor chain. When something changes mid-project, there’s one team to call.

What We Produce
The full range of environmental graphic design — engineered, fabricated, and installed by our team.
Wall Murals
Floor-to-ceiling murals, custom wall murals or wallpaper, applied directly to drywall, concrete, glass, or specialty substrates. Color-managed to your palette, formatted to your wall.
Dimensional & 3D Signage
Cut, routed, and fabricated lettering and logos — acrylic, aluminum, wood, foam, layered builds. Standoff-mounted, flush-mounted, or surface-applied to match your specs.
Wayfinding & Directional Systems
Wayfinding produced as a system — directional signage, room and floor identification, exterior signage, ADA-compliant builds. Consistent across every floor, every building, every campus.
Privacy Window Film
Custom-printed privacy film for glass walls, conference rooms, and interior partitions — branded with your logo, patterns, or art, so a glass wall pulls double duty as privacy and a design moment.
Lobby & Feature Wall Installations
Bespoke, large-scale installations engineered to be the moment the space is designed around.
Fine Art Reproduction
Fine art reproduction for people who can tell the difference. Color-matched to the original, hand-finished, and to the standards museums hold their own collections to.
Silicone Edge Graphics (SEGs)
Fabric graphics that snap into a slim frame for a clean, built-in look. Rich, saturated color. Backlit-ready and swappable when the design changes.
Donor & Recognition Walls
Layered, dimensional donor walls that read as architecture, not as plaques. Built to be updated as the donor list grows.
Who We Work With
You've Got Enough Fires. We Won't Be One of Them.
We’ve been the easy part of a hard project for 35 years. Let’s build something worth walking through.

The Standards Behind the Work.
What it takes to deliver environmental graphics that hold up — to the spec, to the schedule, to the building.
G7 Expert Certified
We’re G7 Expert Certified – the global gold standard for color management. Across a multi-building campus or a phased rollout that spans a year, your brand color holds — batch to batch, substrate to substrate.
Full In-House Fabrication
Every step of finishing happens on our floor, by our team — vinyl cutting and automated weeding, CNC routing on board and rigid substrates, SEG framing and tensioning, dimensional fabrication, and custom finishing tailored to the install. The work moves through one building, on one schedule, with one team accountable end to end.
Sustainability That Hits Your Specs
Sustainability requirements are showing up in more specs every year — We’re built to meet them. Our EcoFormat® line offers PVC-free alternatives for every application we print. Used graphics can go through our open-loop recycling program instead of a landfill. And we’re the only SGP-certified large-format print facility in Washington — the most rigorous third-party sustainability certification in our industry — so the documentation is there when your project needs to prove it.
From Drawings to Done. Here's How it Works.
1
We start with design engineering – partnering with your team to translate the intent into something buildable. Substrate selection, mounting strategy, structural considerations, install sequencing — we work through the technical questions early so the back half of the project moves clean. Bring us a fully-developed sign package or a creative brief; we’ll meet you where you are.
2
Across 50,000+ square feet of production space and a press fleet built for scale, we print and fabricate to spec. Files get dialed in for the exact press, substrate, and finishing path. For multi-building or phased work, we build a color library so the last sign installed reads exactly like the first.
3
Seattle metro to nationwide rollouts — install is on us. Our in-house crew runs local and regional jobs; outside the region, we manage a vetted installer network held to the same standards. One team coordinates delivery, install sequencing, and the GC’s schedule. We know how to work inside an active jobsite, and how to stay out of the trades’ way when they need the space.
FAQ's
Environmental Graphic Design — the discipline of integrating graphics into physical spaces. The term covers wayfinding, signage, branded environments, exhibit graphics, and large-scale architectural graphics. We work with EGD specialists, in-house design teams, and architects who handle EGD as part of a broader scope.
Environmental graphics is the broader category — every graphic element that’s part of a built environment, from a 30-foot mural to a directional sign to a donor wall. Signage is one piece of that — the navigational and identification elements (wayfinding, room ID, exterior signage). On a real project, the two overlap heavily, which is why we produce them together.
Yes — most of our environmental graphics work starts there. We work directly from drawings, sign schedules, and design intent documents. Our design engineering team interprets the package, flags constructability questions early, and produces proofs for your team’s approval before anything goes to production.
Yes — we provide detailed production proofs for every project, covering substrate, dimensions, mounting method, hardware, and finishing. Reviewed and approved by your team before anything goes to production. The same technical detail your architects and GCs need to sign off, formatted for a clean handoff into our production workflow.
The earlier, the better. When we’re in during design development, we can shape the work together — flagging substrate and constructability questions, building lead time into the right places, and engineering smarter solutions before anything gets locked in. And when the design is already set and you’re ready to build, hand us the package and we’ll move. Either way, we meet the project where it is.
Both. We have in-house designers for clients who need creative help or design-build delivery. For projects where you already have a design team, we focus on the prepress, production engineering, fabrication, and install. Either way, you get one team accountable for the work end-to-end.
Yes. We regularly produce environmental graphics and signage to meet fire-rating, ADA, and other code requirements — specified in the package or developed with your team. We’ll match substrates, adhesives, mounting hardware, and provide documentation to support inspection.
Yes — including tactile lettering, Grade 2 Braille, contrast and finish requirements, and mounting heights. ADA is a baseline on most of our institutional and healthcare projects.
Absolutely. For wayfinding systems, multi-building rollouts, and any project where existing site conditions don’t match the drawings, we’ll coordinate a site survey before files go to press, saving time, money, and reprints.
G7 Expert Certification, plus a color library built specifically for your brand and project. The first sign installed and the last one installed read the same — across substrates, across batches, across timelines that can stretch into multiple years.
Yes. Our in-house Seattle install team handles local and regional projects. For nationwide installs, we have a vetted install partner network managed by our team — same accountability, broader reach.
Yes. Our install team is experienced working alongside other trades, sequencing with the GC’s schedule, and minimizing disruption. We carry the insurance and certifications required for active jobsite work.
We operate across three buildings in Seattle’s SODO neighborhood — 50,000+ square feet of production space housing design engineering, printing, fabrication, finishing, and our install team. We serve Seattle, Bellevue, Tacoma, and the broader Pacific Northwest, with nationwide installation for clients building outside the region.
Yes. As the only SGP-certified large-format print facility in Washington, we can provide documentation supporting LEED credits and other sustainability requirements. Our EcoFormat® PVC-free materials and open-loop recycling program give design teams real options for spec-driven sustainability targets.
