Overview
For a Mars-themed corporate holiday party, the goal was to create an immersive Red Party Planet experience, replicating the futuristic aesthetics of a Martian environment. The event took place at Victory Hall in Seattle, WA, where large-format graphics, signage, and window installations transformed the venue into a visually striking red-hued setting.
Challenges & Solutions
Executing the project within a 24-hour timeframe posed a logistical challenge, requiring multiple site surveys, stakeholder meetings, and a full installation crew for an overnight install and removal. Coordinating with multiple vendors working in the same space added another layer of complexity. Through meticulous planning and seamless execution, the installation was completed on time and to perfection.
Unique Features & Sustainability
This project stood out for its ability to deliver high-impact event graphics within a tight turnaround. Utilizing EcoFormat® materials, we ensured sustainability while also repurposing elements like signage for future use. Given the event’s short five-hour duration, our approach minimized waste while maximizing visual impact.
The backdrop banner was a standout feature, measuring an impressive 42 feet wide and 15 feet tall. It played a crucial role in enhancing the event’s immersive atmosphere, seamlessly tying into the overall theme of the space.
