Frequently asked questions about large format printing
Yes! We have fabrication capabilities to manufacture and assemble raw or semi-finished printed materials. We also have a small format digital printer we utilize for jobs daily.
We digitally print on rolls of material and rigid substrates such as vinyl, boards, film, wood, acrylic, aluminum, fabric, mesh, paper, and more. We also offer EcoFormat® PVC-free alternatives for every application type at SuperGraphics, which can be recycled to a clean second use with EcoFormat® Recycling.
If you’re looking for design support, we’ve got your back. Our team is can assist at any point in the design process from conceptual design to pre-press layout design. Whether you have artwork ready to print, are looking for your artwork to be templated to your space, or don’t know where to start, we’ll ensure you have a design proof you love before it hits the press.
SuperGraphics operates a comprehensive fleet of large-format and fine art production equipment, allowing us to handle everything from quick-turn retail campaigns to high-volume rollouts and premium finishes, all under one roof.
Our large-format production is powered by industry-leading digital presses, including the SwissQ Nyala 4 for high-quality rigid and roll printing, multiple Durst platforms such as the P5 350, P5HS, and Rho 312R Plus for precision UV output at scale, and the Cannon Océ Colorado 1650 for fast, consistent roll production. We also run an HP Latex 800W for flexible applications like fleet and vehicle graphics, along with a Fujifilm Revoria Press PC1120 for short-run and small-format needs. For fabric and soft signage, we produce up to 10 feet wide using a Durst Rhotex dye sublimation printer.
On the fine art side, we operate a dedicated Epson fleet including the P9570, F9570H, S80600, F6470H, F7200, and P20000, supporting museum-grade photographic and art reproduction with color-critical control.
SuperGraphics’ arsenal of graphic finishing capabilities is unlimited. We’re capable of vinyl cutting, automating trimming, CNC router cutting, guillotine cutting, SEG framing, fabrication, laminating (gloss, luster, or matte), fine art finishing, automated weeding, automated premasking, and banner finishing (custom pole pockets, welding, sewing, grommet installation).
